Sorry for the bad quality. What you can see is a tutorial on how to register. Before the register button you saw next to Forums was for registering for updates. That is removed to make things easier now. To register, click forums on the navibar, then click register in the other circled area to sign up or log in to log in and post. Thanks!!!!
